About the service
Up to 9 is a free hobby project under active development. The service is provided “as is”, and features may change or disappear. The website may show ads to cover running costs.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Provide a valid email address (used only for password resets). You must be old enough to consent to the processing of personal data where you live.
Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the service.
- Do not use offensive or misleading usernames, game names or chat messages, and do not harass others.
- We may remove content and ban accounts that break these rules.
Content you submit
Feedback and chat you send may be used to run and improve the game. Do not submit anything you are not allowed to share.
Availability and liability
We give no uptime guarantee, and game data may be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
